TransOptions is helping the Township of Sparta to be bike-friendly for cyclists of all ages.  On October 13, 2012 the northwest New Jersey non-profit dedicated a bicycle rack at the NJ TRANSIT bus stop in front of the Township of Sparta Municipal Building.  Sparta Mayor Jerry Murphy was on hand to personally thank TransOptions President, John F. Ciaffone, for supporting the use of alternative transportation in the Township.

“Locating the bike rack by the Municipal Building is advantageous,” commented Mr. Ciaffone.  “It serves Sparta employees who bike to work as well as residents conducting business at the Municipal Building, commuters connecting to the Lakeland Bus and residents attending the Farmer’s Market,” he added.
