Cathy first joined TransOptions in 2007 to work on the former Mobility Connections and RideProvide programs. When given the opportunity, she returned in March of 2012 to work in Business Relations to help area employers strengthen their commuter benefit services for their employees.
Beginning her career as a transportation planner, Cathy brings over twenty years of experience in program planning, project management and customer service to TransOptions. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that address the needs of individuals and businesses. Her experience includes positions in New York, Virginia, Pennsylvania, as well as New Jersey in non-profit organizations addressing a myriad of social service needs.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bard College and a Masters of Arts in Public Policy from the State University of Albany.
